I voted for the first time and became part of history.
We are a democracy.
We elected a president who inspires hope

unity
and change.
If America unites, we can make a difference!
I am proud.

Even though my candidate of choice went down, it's comforting to feel that the nation is still in good hands--I'm impressed with Obama's spirit.
